With the use of the GIRL POWER Journal and Guidebook, young girls will be led through 5 fun filled days of life skills, positive thinking activities, stress management techniques, physical challenges, and creative arts to become more aware of their abilities and strengths as young women. PRICE: The initial cost is $55. Each girl must complete an application for this camp. The application will be sent after the $55 fee is paid. The remaining $130 fee for camp might be covered with donated funds for scholarships. Please indicate your desire for scholarship funds on the application. Once the $55 fee is paid and the booking completed you will receive an email containing the application and health form. The application is to be emailed back to Maryanne(or dropped of in person) at Yaleville Farm at least 5 days prior to camp. Scholarship funds will be awarded in the order that the applications are received. Girls should bring to camp everyday: >A lunch and refillable water bottle > An extra set of clothes, socks, and water shoes or extra pair of old sneakers >A hat > A favorite blanket and stuffie/pillow A program journal will be provided for each participant. A ceremony will be held on Friday at 2:00 to celebrate their completion of the program. Parents, siblings, and other family members are invited to attend.
