Service Description

Spend two days learning how to cook breakfast and lunch items on an open fire. We will have 2 cooking sessions a day and also relax at the stream and go for walks in the woods. Participants will learn: 1. Fire safety 2. How to make a cooking fire and set up a cooking station 3. How to use different cooking utensils and pans 4. How to cook food items using aluminum foil Please bring: - a bag lunch every day - refillable water bottle - change of clothes and extra sneakers - a hat - leather gloves - 1 roll of heavy duty aluminum foil Please contact Maryanne if you have questions.
