Yaleville Farm Registration
Thank you for your interest in registering for summer camp at Yaleville Farm.
Please use the forms below for registration. You simply download it onto your computer, complete it, and you can either email it to camp or print it and send it via USPS mail.
There is a $25.00 registration fee. This fee will hold the campers place
in the camp week you choose.
You may pay in 3 different ways.
1. Send in a check with your registration, made out to Yaleville Farm Inc.
2. Scan the Venmo icon to the right with your smart phone
(you must have the Venmo app set up on your phone.)
3. Stop by Yaleville Farm on the Bainbridge-Guilford Rd., meet Maryanne,
check out the Blacksmith Pavilion, look at the planned activities,
and give your registration fee to her.
All registered campers will receive the required health forms in the mail 2-3 days after they are reviewed and filed.
All campers must have completed forms on file prior to attending camp. This is required by the NYS Health Department.
